Feast of the Assumption / Blessing of Sea

Notre Dame de la Mer Parish cordially invites you to the Vigil of The Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary followed by the procession down to the beach and the Wedding of the Sea. 

Come celebrate this feast on Monday, August 14, 2023. Preludes by our Music Ministry and Orchestra will begin at 4:00pm.

-Bishop Sullivan will preside over the Liturgy which will begin at 4:30pm at St. Ann Church, 2901 Atlantic Ave, Wildwood. 

-Immediately following the mass, all are invited to join the procession of Mary and her Mysteries of the Rosary through the streets of Wildwood, over the boardwalk and down to the ocean for the Wedding of the Sea.

-Beach transportation will be available for those in need.

-Holy water bottles will be available for purchase in the church vestibule of St. Ann Church.
